This website is operated by ChaleurÉlégante, an online boutique based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In these terms, "we" means ChaleurÉlégante and "you" means the person visiting the website or placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. You must be of the age of majority in your province to place an order.

3. Products and prices
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices or remove a product at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of a pricing error, an out-of-stock item or suspected fraud; in that case you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

5. Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Returns and refunds
