Where we ship

We ship across Canada only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

After processing, the usual delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Some items ship from Canada and arrive in 5 to 7 business days; the delivery time is shown on each product page.

Some items ship from the warehouses of our international partners. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season or in bad weather.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take a few days to update.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order can ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost.

Lost or late packages

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will track it down, and reship it or refund you if it is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your address before paying. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away: we can correct it as long as the order has not shipped.

Late delivery and your legal rights

If your order is not delivered within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
